Lily
Still early in her career, Lily has been lucky enough to work with a variety of brands and companies that have advanced her graphic design, content creation, and abstract thinking skills. Certain projects have pushed her to think outside of the box, present new ideas, and pay close attention to the details. Lily has worked with numerous small businesses, and these experiences have taught her self-motivation, the importance of consumer perspectives, and how to work with different teams.
Lily began her career at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, as a creative designer. She supported the conceptual development and design of marketing materials for all distribution channels. She also maintained the integrity of the brand’s look and feel.
Shifting industries, Lily then took on a role in environmental design. She worked with clients to curate a space in corporate offices that made employees and visitors feel like they were a part of something special. She researched relevant markets and implemented findings into design briefs for architects, clients, and others.
Lily assists the Dragonfly design team in bringing customers’ visions to life. She collaborates with staff, clients, subject matter experts, and others throughout the creative process to deliver great results.
She enjoys buying books she doesn’t ever end up reading, knows every pop culture event in history, loves to cook (but not for a crowd), and will always pick a bar seat over a table.
