As creative director at Dragonfly, Casey leads our talented writers and designers, providing art direction, quality checks, and mentorship. She considers herself a design chameleon, creating custom materials that seamlessly adopt a client’s branding and style.

Her design work and leadership has earned the Dragonfly team Platinum and Gold Hermes Creative Awards, a first for the company.

Her work is rooted in strategy, focused on communicating a core message, and executed with the utmost attention to detail. She builds teams by fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, experimentation, and fun.

Throughout her career, Casey has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries, broadening her design and leadership abilities and expanding her technical knowledge. Working with different client types has helped hone her strong collaboration skills, allowing her to interpret and execute client needs with creativity and positivity.

Prior to joining Dragonfly, Casey was the design team lead at Kimley-Horn, a civil engineering consulting firm. There, she supervised a team of 10 designers, organized and facilitated firmwide technical and soft-skills trainings, and designed proposals for some of the largest-fee wins in the history of the company.

When she’s not at the computer, Casey can be found spending time with her husband and two boys, researching and experimenting with new recipes, or trying to recapture her glory days on the soccer field.
