Dragonfly Editorial is excited to share several updates to our leadership team that will help us better serve our clients as we wrap up a milestone year.
2025 marks 20 years of helping organizations communicate with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
“As we celebrate 20 years, these shifts reflect our ongoing commitment to thoughtful, steady change in service to our clients and the editorial community,” Dragonfly President Samantha Enslen said. “Our team is stronger than ever, and I’m excited for our next chapter.”
Here’s a look at the recent leadership updates at Dragonfly:

Casey, who joined Dragonfly in January 2023 as design manager, is now our creative director. Her strategic design vision helped Dragonfly earn its first-ever Platinum Hermes Creative Award. Jennifer Bulat – Editorial Manager
Jennifer brings decades of editorial leadership experience from newsroom copy desks to B2B publications and client-focused content work. Jennifer approaches every project with a reader-first editing philosophy that shaped by her early career in Chicago newsrooms and her years leading high-performing editorial teams. Beyond her editorial expertise, Jen is grounded by the things she loves most: Chicago’s cultural life, outdoor yoga classes, and time with her two nieces
As Dragonfly’s 20th anniversary comes to a close, these updates show our ongoing commitment to growing with intention while staying true to the values that carried us from a single desk in Dayton to the widespread and diverse team we are today.
